The short version

Dungeon Ark uses information needed to provide and improve the game, maintain safety, respond to you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Platform purchases are processed by the applicable app store, not directly by Dungeon Ark.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Dungeon Ark mobile application, its related websites, and support interactions that link to this policy (together, the “Services”). It does not apply to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies.

Information you provide

  • Profile and gameplay information, such as a character name, story selections, bloodline, progression, and preferences.
  • Content you choose to submit, such as images, text, feedback, or support messages.
  • Contact information when you request support or otherwise communicate with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, and general settings.
  • Usage and diagnostic information, such as feature interactions, session events, crash reports, and performance data.
  • Network information, such as IP address and approximate region derived from it, where needed for security and service delivery.

Information from platforms

If you download Dungeon Ark or make a purchase through an app marketplace, that platform may provide transaction status, entitlement, or account-related information. We do not receive your full payment card details.

We use information to:

  • Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Save progression and deliver the story choices or features you request.
  • Diagnose crashes, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the security of the Services.
  • Respond to support requests and send important service communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Service providers that host, secure, analyze, or support the Services under contractual restrictions.
  • App platforms when needed to confirm purchases, distribute updates, or support platform features.

  • A successor organization as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that creates additional privacy choices under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and controls.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, resolving disputes, maintaining security, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it is processed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator.

You can adjust available device permissions through your operating-system settings. You may submit a privacy request using the support contact listed in the Dungeon Ark app or its official app-store product page. We may need to verify your request before completing it.

Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers and handle information in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this policy as the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when required.
